Kintamani, Bali
Kintamani is a tourist village in East Bali. It is noted for its panoramic views of Gunung Batur, Lake Batur and the surrounding landscape. From Kintamani, you can view the caldera of Gunung Batur. As a result, it is the site for many daily excursions.

Kintamani, along with Penelokan and Batur, are the three villages at the rim of Batur's caldera. All three villages are today contiguous.
From Kintamani, you can get a good view of Gunung Batur. Lake Batur spreads out before you, and on its shore is the small Bali Aga village of Trunyan. On the eastern side of the lake is another mountain, Gunung Abang.
You can enjoy a meal with a view of Gunung Batur. There are plenty of restaurants here where you can get lunch, served buffet style.
